🌿 Outdoor Walk & Talk Therapy — 60-Minute Session
Experience therapy in motion.
Our Outdoor Walk & Talk Therapy offers a 60-minute session where we meet on a trail or path around Rockland County, NY, and walk together while engaging in guided therapeutic conversation. This nature-based approach blends the benefits of traditional therapy with the calming, restorative effects of the outdoors.
Why nature matters in therapy:
Research shows that spending time in green spaces — such as forests, parks, and wooded paths — can reduce stress, lower anxiety, and improve mood by calming the nervous system and enhancing emotional wellbeing. Time in nature also helps restore mental energy and focus, supporting clarity and openness during conversation. Nature doesn’t just provide a beautiful backdrop — it can be part of the healing process, helping clients feel more grounded, present, and connected to their own experience.
Session Details
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: Trails and paths in Rockland County, NY (specific meeting point provided upon booking)
Cost: $300 per session
Outdoor sessions are ideal for those who feel more comfortable talking while moving, who enjoy being physically active, or who find that nature enhances reflection and emotional ease.

In-Person Session for Both Individual and Couples Therapy are available and will take place at the office in Pomona, NY.

*Session Fee: $250 per 45-minute session
*Payment: Private pay only
*Insurance: I do not accept insurance at this time
While I do not work directly with insurance companies, I can provide a superbill upon request if you wish to explore out-of-network benefits.
